• Machining Equipment Large CNC Machining Center with working range: 6000 mm × 3200 mm × 1500 mm,Capable of machining large automotive stamping dies with high precision.
• Trial-out Equipment 1250 Ton Press Machine for large die trial-out 400 Ton Mechanical Press Machine for die trial-out
• Quality Control Equipment Large Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with measuring range: 3500 mm × 2000 mm × 2000 mm.Used for dimensional inspection and quality.These facilities enable OSI to perform in-house machining, assembly, trial-out, and inspection, ensuring efficient project control and consistent quality.
